Terms and Conditions – Quirky Kidz Bitz

 

At Quirky Kidz Bitz, we are committed to operating in a fair, transparent, and customer-focused way. These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which we supply products to you.

2. Ordering and Contract Formation

  • When you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email. This does not constitute acceptance.

  • A legally binding contract is formed only when your order is dispatched.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders prior to dispatch.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

  • Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

  • Payment is taken at the time of order.

  • In the event of a pricing error:

    • If the correct price is lower, we will refund the difference

    • If the correct price is higher, we will contact you before proceeding

 

4. Your Right to Cancel (Consumers Only)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order:

  • Within 14 days of receiving your goods

  • Without giving any reason

 

Conditions:

  • Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • You are responsible for return postage costs

  • We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving returned goods

 

Exclusions:

  • Sealed items that have been opened (where not suitable for return due to hygiene)

  • Gift cards (non-refundable)

 

5. Business Customers

If you order goods for business use (e.g. multiple quantities of the same item), consumer cancellation rights may not apply. Separate terms may be issued.

 

6. Delivery

  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Risk transfers to you once goods are delivered

 

Important:

  • If you request delivery to a safe place or neighbour, liability passes upon delivery

  • You must report non-delivery within 5 working days of the expected delivery date

 

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your item is faulty:

  • Contact us as soon as possible

  • Provide proof of purchase

We will offer:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund (where appropriate)

Items may be inspected before a resolution is provided.

 

8. Cancellation by Us

We may cancel your order if:

  • Stock is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be processed

  • There is an error in pricing or product description

  • Delivery is not possible to your location

If cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
